Most Sutracraft pieces ship from our Jaipur workshop within 5 to 7 working days of order. Made-to-order pieces take longer — typically 14 working days from order to dispatch. From there, transit times depend on where you live. Below are the rates and timelines for each destination. Tracking is included on every order. If you need a piece by a specific date, write to us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.

UK: 8 to 12 working days for in-stock pieces, 21 to 26 days for made-to-order. UAE: 9 to 14 working days for in-stock pieces, 22 to 28 days for made-to-order. EU: 10 to 15 working days for in-stock, 23 to 29 for made-to-order.
If you're ordering to the UK, EU, US, or anywhere outside India, your order may attract import duties or VAT on arrival, depending on your country's rules and the order value. These are not included in our prices and are paid directly to the courier or customs authority on delivery.

Tracking is included on every order. You'll receive the tracking link by email when the package leaves Jaipur.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 working days after dispatch, write to us. We'll contact the courier and give you a status update within one working day.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll either reprint and resend (for in-stock pieces) or refund in full. The choice is yours.
