If a piece doesn't work for you, you have fourteen days from the day it arrives to return it. Returns are straightforward and handled directly by our team. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. The piece needs to come back unwashed and in its original packaging.
Send a note to hello@sutracraft.com with your order number and which piece(s) you're returning.
For UK orders, returns are free — we'll attach a Royal Mail return label to our reply. For UAE, EU, US, and Rest of World, the buyer covers return shipping.
Take the parcel to any post office or courier collection point.
Once we've received and inspected the piece (usually within 2 to 3 working days of arrival), we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically clear within 5 to 7 working days after that.
Because they're printed specifically for you, made-to-order pieces are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This is clearly marked on the product page when you order.
Once cut to your specified length, fabric cannot be returned because it cannot be resold. If you're unsure, order a single metre as a test before a larger order.
Final sale pieces are not returnable. These are marked clearly on the product page.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, write to us within 30 days of receipt with a photograph. We'll either replace the piece (for in-stock items) or refund in full — including return shipping.
Slight variation in print density, colour depth, and alignment is characteristic of hand block printing and is described on each product page in the "A note on impression" section. This is part of what you're buying.
